WHATS NEW WITH Prospects organization
The Prospects Organization is excited to announce TJ Weir as the Director of Development. A standout pitcher/infielder at Kokomo High School and Ball State University, TJ was drafted in the 17th round in 2014 by the San Diego Padres and pitched 6 seasons in their organization.
“I’m excited to join the Indiana Prospects as the Director of Development. For the last decade, I have worked with hundreds of kids through individual lessons, team practices, and coaching high school baseball. I take great pride in joining an established organization to try to help as many kids as possible learn the game of baseball, understand the recruiting process, and achieve their goals of playing at the collegiate level and beyond. I’m looking forward to continuing to build on the tradition of developing players and coaches as we provide value to each player and family that is a part of the Indiana Prospects.” – TJ Weir
